Abstract	The article describes the results of legal influence differentiation on corruption in Ukraine. It reveals the establishment of five legal regimes for combating corruption and their differences. The problems of interaction between the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, on the one hand, and the Criminal Code of Ukraine, on the other hand, in the investigated aspect are shown.
